THE DETAILS Lahana-Aidenbaum has served as Deputy General Manager Marketing – CDMO learner for the French beauty giant since March this year, according to her LinkedIn profile. She succeeds Sandrine Groslier who joined from Clarins and has been appointed Global President, L’Oréal Luxe Frangrance Brands.

THE WHY? With 16 years at the French beauty giant under her belt, including at prestige brands Lancôme, Biotherm and It Cosmetics, Lahana-Aidenbaum brings a wealth of experience to the role.
