THE DETAILS Ingredi brings its strong capabilities in identifying new personal care active ingredients from the natural plants found in the Himalaya area of China while BASF contributes its formulations expertise and global marketing know-how.

THE WHY? Through the equity investment, Ingredi will be able to extend its production facilities.
